International Shotokan Ryu Karate Association welcome to all the styles and clubs those practicing true Karate in any Country. ISKA is incorporated in California, USA under the government.
ISKA can recognized all the Dan Certificates those issued by any of real Shotokan Master. Your years of experience will be counted from the date of your last Dan examination.
Criteria for Membership
Must be Shotokan style club or group and be able to verify lineage to JKA based instruction
Must be willing to meet or exceed technical standards as set by ISKA
Must be willing to support ISKA activities whenever possible
