He started his Shotokan Karate under Japan Karate Association in 1945 to 1965.

Founded Furkazankan Dojo Japan in 1965 and become independent from JKA. He teach Shotokan karate techniques and bushido. His roots from Samurai Takedasingen Family. Takeda Shingen is most powerful Samurai Japan Army. takeda shingen's flag is 風林火山.

風林火山 is furinkazan. it is aslo flag of his home. WBKL is new Bubishi of the secrets of (ryuha). He make new Bubishi.

The Symbol of WBKL

The Symbol of WBKL originates from the family crest of Shingen Takeda 武田信玄 who was a great general in the 16th century. At that time, Japan faced a period of internal war time. The famous generals were competing to unite the whole country. Shingen Takeda was a hero of samurai and very popular.He passed about the reunification of Japan. His symbol is called " Takeda- Bishi" and the origin has two theories. One originated in the design of the plant water caltrop. And, another originated in the Japanese character "田" that is " da" of Takeda. The word "Fenglin Fire Mountain( Fu'Rin'Ka'Zan) is his famous motto that express his combat thought.

Four Principles of Combat Thought:

  • • 風 - It acts speedy as wind
  • • 林 - It quiets down like the forest
  • • 火 - It attacks active as fire
  • • 山 - It is stable as a mountain

Now Soke Masahiro is the reputated Master in Japan Karate Federation and his organization is multi style with many top level Japanse Masters from all four major styles. Soke Masahiro Motomura accept position of Chairman in International Shotokanryu Karate Association based from California, USA and promoting Shotokan Ryu Karate with Saiko Shihan Shiv K. Panchal, 7th Dan.

His dojo is located in Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture, the birthplace of Furin Volcano Karate-do, and is active in a wide range of fields, including the Self-Defense Forces, Chiba Kokusai High School, Nippon Steel, and the Sports Youth Team. In addition to providing a well-balanced instruction of traditional, fulcon, armor, and form, we oversee not only the national tournament but also the three block tournaments in eastern Japan, central Japan, and western Japan. In addition, the Chiba headquarters is not only a mecca for full contact, but also for Shotokan-Ryu and Goju-ryu karate-do.
